Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Please Tell Me

I am currently on probation for theft and its my first offense. I wanted to know will I be able to leave the country while this is on my record.

You should ask the court about it. You don't want to leave and find out that it was illegal to do so. Ignorance of the law isn't a defense, I don't think.
