My sisterlives in West Virginia and has a 2 year old son and her husband and her are going to get a divorce. They both live in seperate houses, so my problem is that her husband took their son and he lies and tells her that she can see him, but when the day comes he won't let her. When they go to court for custody he is going to try and get her for abondenment, and the police won't help her get him because they will be violating his rights but what about hers? Isn't there something she could do so she can see him until the custody hearing?
