Please read, I think vehicle fall under contract fraud

Thank you for reading this first off. My husband and I recently got financed for a 2007 Jeep GrandCherokee and we were told by the financing officer it was a five year note but when we called HSBC in reference to refinancing we found out it was a six year note and on our contract there are no signatures or initials until the very last page stating we have read the contract but he told us it was a five year and on the page showing the interest rate and the term there is no signature or initials indicating we saw this page, since then the financing officer at that dealership no longer works-and the jeep has been in the shop several times for repair, it was brand new when we purchased it so now we have a vehicle that has issues and we are stuck on a six year note with high interest, is there anything we can do?
