please...I really need help for my dad

My mother was just awarded over 100,000 in back pay child support from my dad. My mother left us since we were born to be cared for by my grandparents without any support from her. She kept custody of us and used us to collect tax money on. She waited until we were all of legal age to sue my father so that she could collect the child support money for herself. My father has just started working on getting his life back on track and this is destroying him. Is there anything I can due to collect money from my mom for all the years she abandoned us? Please, I really need help!!!!

Your father needs to see an attorney and prove you were never in your moms care. This still does not mean your dad does not owe money. It sounds like neither parents supported their kids. Dad can maybe have the CS arrears paid to the grandparents but what is the reason your grandparents never filed for custody or child support? It is a little late for your Dad to do nothing.
