Please help! A random person was able to buy a car under my name and knows all my residences. I don't know what to do!

Please help! A random person was able to buy a car under my name and knows all my residences. I don't know what to do!

When one is the victim of a crime, or is suddenly enveloped in suspicious circumstances, one should always call the police department or sheriff's department charged with protecting the area where one resides.

The police know when and how to act, or can refer the person towards the person or agency charged with addressing the person's dilemma.

Also, check your credit reports - chances are there may be more involved than just a car registration.

And yes, report this to the police immediately.
