Please help Criminal Records, Expungement

    In 1995 I was charged with Agg. Assault, adjudification was with held.... Am I considered a " convicted felon"? ....when asked on applications...can I apply for a concealed weapon permit.

    The federal authorities don't take too much stock in deferred adjudications for felony convictions.
    Your state, Florida, does make some exceptions.

    After you've refreshed your memory, you might want to ask FDLE, and/or an attorney.

    The ATF does investigate statements made on firearms application forms.

    A deferred adjudication isn't the same as a FULL PARDON.
