I was tickted back in November for failing to move out of the lane nearest to a cop who had pulled someone over on the left shoulder of the highway (move-over law) in NC, and just now have gotten my prayer for judgement continued so that I will not be assesed any DL points or subsequent insurance points. I will be moving to Texas in Sept, and I am wondering how I go about finding out if they will honor the PJC (or even know about the infraction). I just need to know if I am going to be surprised by insurance points and/or license points appearing after I move.
