I bought my home 2 years ago " as is"
And when I decide to tile the kitchen floor I discover that the floor was pitching to the right. Everything was pitching to the right !. I walked around to the back of the house and I could see that the overhead was being pulled down.
I called a contractor, who explain that the builder did not put any kind of support under the overhead thereby as the house setter the overhead just drop.
Now, its going to cost me around three grand to get this taked care of!.
I apparently got taken I understand that ...But do I have any legal options here?
