My wife is a physician. She has given her practice notice that she is leaving at the end of Septemeber. She is behind on her charts and they are telling her that they will withhold her pay if she does not catch up. Does anyone out there know if this is legal and what can be done about it since the practice has already been paid by the insurance company.
