a pharmacist made a notation on the pharmacy computer, saying that i couldn't get my norco refill released, until 10 - 24- 08, [ the refill date was supposed to be 10 18 08]. So i went with out my medication for 6 days, and ended up in the E R , IN MUCH PAIN , Nausea , and diarrhea , from detoxing . He did not consult with my doctor, nor did he discuss it with me ahead of time , which would have allowed me to make provisions , or at least stretch out what meds I had on hand, so that I would not get so severely ill. I have been permanently disabled since may- 10 -1999, and have to be on pain management meds everyday , for the rest of my life. I fell from a ladder , two stories high. can i sue the pharmacist and corporate ? What can i expect from this case?
