My brother was committed a petty theft and was questioned and detained by the police and was released. We appear in court and he got a sententence of Count I and Charge: 489(a)pc. The copy received from the court stated the following:
Imposition of sentence is suspended for 24 months and the defendant is conditionally sentenced on the conditions noted below: etc. etc.
My question: Do the incident will appear as a result of a life scan/ background check conducted today?
