My family member took my purse because of it size out shoplifting with my personal items still it it she got caught and they snatched the purse out of her possession it had my keys and my greatgrandmothers jewler that was handed down to me that i was taking for appraisal and they refused to return the purse to her because she got away. How do i get my items back or ensure that they didnt pocket my things already is that legal, isnt that stealing they got their merchandise back
