She is correct, you have nothing to worry about. A landlord can not evict you to begin with, and a court is not going to grant an eviction over some silly petition when the landlord can not prove any violations of the lease, and so long as you stay current on rent.

You have to break something in the lease. Must be a good tenant to get all that attention. I hate to have to live there or be the LL. Always someone making it bad for everyone else.
