i live in the state of ga. clayotn county.i am filing a petition for legitimation for my son so he can attend school.my name is not on the birth certificate.and the court clerk told me what forms i had to fill out.she also said i had to serve the mother with the petition packet.i have no idea of her where abouts.what do i need to do.it's to the best of interest of my son.he also needs to attend school.please help me and my son.
