Hello i applied for a job at Ross Stores online and they hired someone with my info ssn on accident causing me to loose my unemployment benefits and caused $11,000 in damages and they gave the applicant my ssn and sent me his ssn. What can i sue for?

Most people sue for money, lots of money.

But, I once knew this guy, he sued for walnuts.
He said this other guy was stealing walnuts from his black walnut tree, so he sued him for walnuts.

Rather than sue you should obtain documentation of the error to clear up the mistake and ask for back pay of the unemployment.

That would be the legal, logical, method, but it doesn't sound nearly as theatrical.
