I Am A Waitress In Daytona Beach For A Family Owned Italian Restaurant.
I Quit With Out Notice And Now My Boss/owner Is Stating That I Will Not Receive My Last 2 Paychecks Because Sine I Didnt Got To Work That Day She Was Forced To Shut Down Her Business.
This Is Absurd To Me. She Says She Will Sue Me Because Of Her Loss Of Business And That I Need To See Her Burly Husband If I Ever Want To Be Compensated.
I Believe Her Actions Are Against Florida Labor Laws
