My electric company is going out of business tomorrow. I haven't received a bill for my last cycle. Is it my responsibility to somehow pay for service received? Where would I send it? Keep in mind they've also broken their contract with me for 12 months of fixed rate service by closing up shop. It's very expensive to switch providers right now, I'll likely be paying 30cents a kw/h for a week.
