Paternity

My Daughter is 18. Her mother has custody and is asking for CS arrears. Daughter lives in Washington State, I live in NY and mother lives in VA.

I have always questioned if I was the biological father of my daughter. I would like to have a paternity test done.

How do I go about doing this.

No point in contesting paternity 18 years later. No court will allow it. The time to contest paternity is shortly after birth. Was there an actual child support order? If you have arrears then you need to pay it. Shame on you for wanting a paternity test 18 yrs later just because you owe child support.
