Hello,

let me start with a few preliminary questions

1. Can we apply for patent under different criteria simultaneously (design and educational process say)
2. If denied patent in one criteria can we apply for it another.
3. Can a gaming tournament structure be patented?
4. can an activity design be patented
5. Can soft skill development qualify for tangible benefit?

would appreciate any help with them

It's certainly possible that what you describe might be patentable but, then again, if it isn't an "invention" then it may be protected under copyright. It's sometimes challenging to patent ideas of a certain nature that are fairly obvious or already in use to some extent or another.
