I was out late one night with a friend and asked him to drive me home with my car since I was too tired to drive.
Not realizing at the time he was 17 and it was past 9 which is too late for junior licensees to drive. He failed to turn his indicator on and got pulled over.
The officer noted his failure to turn, looked at his license saw that he had a junior and noted that as well. He returned with two tickets, one for unlicensed operation and turn signal violation for ME.
Is this even allowed? I was the passenger and got tickets for his violation.
