My son was invited to go on a party bus after a winter formal dance, wich he did not attend. I told him he could not go and did not give him the $35.00 to go on the bus. A girl of the parent who put the bus on his credit card told my son he could go if he pays her back. Nobody asked me for my permission, there was no adult supervision and under aged drinking. He had gotten sick on the bus and they want me to pay the cleaning bill. I feel I should have been asked if he could go he is only 15. And the night ended with the police and paramedics. He was very sick that night almost went to the hospital.Was it right for that parent to let my son on that bus without my permission.Am I obligated to pay the cleaning bill. And what legal action do I have against the other party.Thank you Bill
