Partnership with foreign partner

Hello!

I am planning to start a business with a foreign partner. The foreign partner does not have a SSN . It is going to be an online business and we are thinking of registering the company either in Delaware or Wyoming. I reside in New Jersey.

I want to know which partnership will be the best for me? Since, I will be the US resident for the company, will I be more liable/accountable for everything (tax, laws, licenses, lawsuits etc. )? If yes, then how can I protect myself?

You hire a business attorney to guide you through the process and follow his instructions.

If you can't afford an attorney then you have no business going into business.
