Okay, so I've been partners in a boat repair business for 5 years, I own 49% of the business. My partner is in charge of all finical, legal, aspects of the business He holds 51% of the business. The agreement we made was a handshake basiclly nothing on paper. Our business bank account is the same as his personal account. Its all in his name. We are currently going through personal bankruptcy
and im afraid he may be doctoring the financial paper work for profit and losses
for the business.
During the 2006 tax year he gave me a paper that stated a false profit, which we filed on and was remitted with the correct paperwork.
If anyone could please refer me to the right attorney or help me out
