Can i be chared with dus if when the car was blue-lighted i was in the store and it was in a parking lot that this happened

If evidence can prove that you were driving or had been driving you can be charged with dui.
It is not likely coincidence that both you and the car were at the store. If you were alone it is easy to conclude that you drove the car there. I bet you even had the keys in your pocket.
