My nephew, who lives in The Bronx, NY, is 21 years old (will be 22 in December). He lives with his parents and sisters. He recently quit his job, has no income coming in, and is very disrespectful to his parents, to the point of laughing in their faces when they tell him to move out. He is eating them out of house and home, and says that he will not move out. What can they do legally to get him out of the house? He does not contribute to the family, except to get everyone involved very upset. Can they change the locks, so that when he comes back home he can't get back in? He has stolen money from his parents and sister, but nothing was ever done. Now they are at their last straw. Any advice would be appreciated.
