The freaks are always looking, seeking, waiting, watching to MOLEST innocent, young, unaware, tender children.

Matthew 19:14; King James Version

14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A Waco "man beast" arrested in June on allegations he sexually assaulted an elementary school student, has been indicted on Thursday.

A McLennan County grand jury indicted Michael Myers, 53,

on two first-degree felony counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and a second-degree felony count of indecency with a child by contact.

Waco police officers began in investigation May 20 after a Crestview Elementary School student alleged Myers sexually assaulted her.

The police investigation revealed Myers was the girl's "sole caregiver and had immediate access to the victim," according to an arrest affidavit.

The girl repeated the allegations during a forensic interview at the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children, police reported.

Myers denied the claims in an interview with detectives but "could not give an answer as to why the victim made the statements against him," according to arrest documents.

Myers was arrested on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child on June 5 and was released from the McLennan County Jail the following day after posting $30,000 bond.

The second aggravated sexual assault of a child count and the indecency with a child by contact count were added Thursday when he was indicted. The indictment alleges the girl was younger than 6 at the time of the alleged offenses.

If convicted on the first two counts, Myers faces a minimum of 25 years in prison with no parole and up to life in prison with no parole. Indecency with a child by contact carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
