Paid for services in full but not received

Our family hired a free lance photographer to take family pictures. We paid for the services in full and met for the photo shoot in October. We were suppose to receive the pictures by Thanksgiving. We contacted this person and was assured the pictures were coming. We still have not received the pictures yet and she won't return our calls/emails. How can we pursue? Lisa

Many of those photographers are merely garden variety SCAMMERS.
Most of the time, the evil snake slithers away to his snake hole with your money.
Not much you can do, unless you can find the snake in your state.

Google the name of the SCAMMER/PHOTOGRAFTER and see what the Internet has to say about your sneaky snake.
