I own 10 percent of a construction company but i get 33 percent of the profitmy other partner has 10 percent and the third has 80 percent it is wrote up that we split the profit equal
the partner with 80 percent is going to lay me off can he do that it is wrote up that all three partners have equal power when it comes to removing anybody and making any decisions about the work place
