Overpayment

I have a support order that was retroactive to April 10th in Nassau County, NY. The order halfed my payments. However, my Company did not reduce the support taken from my paycheck until August 25th. I have overpaid by over $2,000. I have written to Nassau County SCU asking for a refund. But they have ignored my mail and not responded. Any ideas where I should go next?

You can also ask the CP who is receiving the payments to pay back the overpayment. If they do not you might be able to sue them in small claims.
