Hi, i was in a 4+ year relationship and we purchased a condo which i gave a lot of money into both for deposit on the home, security, and also maintence into improving the home. the last year we were together he suspected me of cheating on him. he tapped my home computer and read my emails, private messages, talking to my freinds, and going to my private websites. i also unfortunately was NOT on the lease as "co-owner" because of bad credit, but i do have proof of residence ( ID, statements, payments). i was kicked out ( on NO proof of infiedelity ) and im still making loan payments on a home i no longer live in. this occured over 2 years ago. i want to know if i can pursue a case to get the money back i put into it? i want to move on, but cant if im still making these payments.
