oral agreement Roomate

    My roomate and me had a oral agreement and she owes me money for bills still but i agreesed to release her items without a problem but i dont want her physicly coming in my apartment can i gove her belonging outside my apartment if i want to a the sole leaseholder?

    If she wants her stuff, you have no legal way to keep her stuff.
    She can discover that and make big trouble for you, and even sue you.

    So, arrange for her to come get her stuff.
    Tell her to call the police, or you can volunteer to call them, and they will stand by while she gets her junk.
    Easy, and its over.
    If she has a written lease, make sure you and her agree in WRITING to terminate your arrangement.
    Otherwise, when she gets educated, she could make big trouble for you.
