My Girlfriend Just Got An Open Intox Last Night In Grand Haven Mi. She Just Got Off Probation In June For An Mip She Got About A Month Before Her 21st Birthday. She Is Now 22 And Doesnt Know What Is Going To Happen. Does Anyone Know How Much The Fine Is And If There Is Any Jail Time? She Was In A Parking Lot In A Car But Not Driving, And The Container Wasnt Hers. Does This Also Mean Her Driving License Is Gone Now Too? Thanks For Any Help
