Online Order Complications

I work for a small real estate company in Louisiana and we had ordered 5 25 packs of lightbulbs from Home Depot's website. When we received our order, it turned out that they altered the order to send only 5 bulbs total, instead of 5 packs of 25. The price on the 25 packs was a sale and we had called 3 times to confirm that we were in fact receiving a 25 pack of lightbulbs, which they confirmed.

The only thing they offer now in compensation is a 10% coupon. I've heard that in some states like Michigan, a company is bound by the price they offered something at. I'm wondering if this is true, and if it's possible Louisana has similar laws? Right now, we're already late on installing these light bulbs and will have to buy them at a signifcantly more expensive local price because of Home Depot's error.
