My next door neighbor had deposited cut up trees and potted plants directly and deliberately on my property line preventing me from removing trees endangering my roof and power lines and also preventing me from replacing a rotten falling down fence. He states the grandfather law. I've only had my property 1 and1/2years. Can I file trespassing charges against him. I've had a pin survey completed that certified he's on my property.
