I was pulled over on November 5th, 2008 for OVI and Marked Lanes, did not take field test or breath machine, court date was scheduled for veterans day, ticket was never filed, no arraignment, etc. officer called Tuesday January 20th, 2009 to have ticket re-issued on Friday 1/23/2009 the ticket(s) are shown to all be dismissed, is this so they can reissue a new set of tickets based on the old ones? The tickets would have been beyond the 90 day statute on February 3rd, 2009, Thanks any advice?
