I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question. I am a British citizen, married to an American citizen. We were married in New York state and are now filing for an uncontested divorce. We have come to a full agreement on the items I will have shipped to me in London, and the items he will keep. Recently I sent him $350 to ship a few of my items to me (the money was sent two weeks ago, and entered his account on Monday November 12th according to Paypal), but he has not made any move to forward these items to me and I am afraid he may have no intention of sending them to me. Can I get someone from the courts to go to the house and obtain these items for me? What would be the best course of action on my behalf?
