I have found out my ex, which is a PA has obtained a schedule IV (rectal Vallium) controlled substance in the names of both my children. This would only be prescribed if the child has epilepsy, which neither child suffers from. These prescriptions are not medically necessary for either child. Her boss wrote the prescription and she picked it up. The narcotic investigator has let me know that he found out it was never intended for the children but that is all I know. She also wrote a prescription for a epiepen JR in my daughters name who has no known allergies. It was processed through my health insurance, I think she gave it to someone else. Is this considered insurance fraud and prescribing medically unnessary medication? What is she facing in charges and can I get custody of these children? Please help for my childrens sake.
