I've recently been hit with a wage garnish from my ex-wife for a judgement from an unresolved joint-propery settlement. I have no additional garnishes against my wages. My question: Does the $1,827/month in child support that I have been religiously paying from my divorce agreement count as a "deduction", refereed to in I., E. of form T439, CPLR, 5231, towards the maximum of 25% of disposable earnings permitted to be garnished?
