Can someone please help. I am not sure if I have grounds for divorce in NY. If I am the petitioner and I left my spouse with no offer to return, can I file for divorce on grounds of abandonment even if I was the one who left? (We do not have a separation agreement that will allow me to file based on the 1-year separation)
