Here's the deal. I decided to help out this student who needed models. At first he didn't tell me he wanted nude photo shoots. So I went a long with it even if I did feel a little bit pressured into it because of his attitude. The purpose of these shoots were for his photography class. In the end I gave in and said he could use some of them for his portfolio. It was verbally understood to be his flat book or printed portfolio book. I specifically stated that they weren't to be released to the Internet. (Note that I was not given a model release to sign). Now, he has told me that he posted the pictures to his new website and claims that his portfolio is now online instead. Is there anyway I could get him to take them down or in some way censor these photos?
