I have a signed employment agreement that requires 90 days advance written notice of the employee intent to terminate the agreement. The next sentence, however states that notwithstanding any implication to the contrary which may appear herein, the employee is and employee at will and may be terminated at any time. I know this is stated for the interests of the employer. But if the employee is an at will employee, doesn't this eliminate the requirement to give a specific tern of notice?
