My husband and I divorced February, court ordered him to pay 50 for each month Jan-March then 183.67 from April forward. He paid 20.00 towards April and nothing since. He has the attitude that he doesn't have to pay the child support because I have someone else that I'm seeing and that he shouldn't have to pay anything. What's my next step? I'm afraid to call and take it back to court cause he is on parole and I don't want to risk him going back to jail and not being with our daughter cause she does need him too.
