I won a judgement a few years ago and the guy was supposed to pay me $500/week to my lawyer. Well, my lawyer moved to Florida and the guy decided to stop paying me. What are my options?

So you won the judgment but he was paying your lawyer? I'm confused. The bottom line is that an action for enforcement may be necessary. You may need to find the creditor's bank accounts or place he works and use the court to enforce an information subpoena with restraining order and garnishing. The court clerk in your area should be able to help you with the forms, many of which can either be provided to you at the courthouse or at your local full service stationary store that carries a full assortment of office and legal documents. We hopefully will have one up soon.
