Hi, a friend of mine and his wife moved from WI to MN. My friend is having the maximum that can be taken from his paycheck and it is going toward child support, back child support and a court ordered payment to his ex wife. His ex wife is now taking him to court for medical bills for the kids. He has no money to pay these otherwise he would. What will happen to him when he goes to court?
