I have full custody of my 9 year old daughter. My ex wife has 3 documented attempted suicides (which led to our divorce). She has custody of her 12 year old daughter from a previous relationship. My ex announced to the 9 year old she was moving to Texas because her boyfriend was 'mean', and left the next day. 4 weeks later, she has move back to Ohio and has left her 12 year old in Texas. She has now admitted to me (via text messages that I have saved) that she and her live-in boyfriend have entered outpatient rehab for cocaine addiction.

Do I have any chance of terminating her visitation based on my ex's instablity, and admitted drug addiction? I have not allowed my daughter to visit since she has move back. But, I am considering legal action to protect my daughter.

Frankly your ex's decision to seek help for her addiction will lessen...not increase...your chances of terminating her visitation rights to her daughter.

You can certainly see if you can get supervised visits. There is no need to stop visits all together if they are supervised.
