Hello everyone,
I signed an agreement containing a non-competition clause at the start of my employment with headhunter XYZ in NJ. My contract is expiring and since my employment terms with XYZ are not favorable and since my client in TX wants to keep me, I want to move to headhunter ABC in TX. Is the non-competition clause enforceable even if the contract states it is to be "construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the commonwealth of NJ"?
Appreciate your legal advice.
Thank you!
