I am applying for a job and the application says:
"Have you enrolled/entered on or after November 29, 1990, any program of court supervision or deferred prosecution or some other pre-trial diversion or
similar program for any infraction, offense, or crime?"
with a "Yes" or "No" check box and a place to list the charge(s) if you say "Yes".
In 1991 I had a underage possession of alcohol charge that was Nolle Prosequi
- it was a case of unopened in the trunk of the car (owned by someone) else, so they just dropped it
In 1993 (I was now legal age) I had an open container charge that was Nolle Prosequi
- I walked out of a bar with a beer bottle in my hand, to get a book out of my car that I forgot for someone inside. When I went to court, I think they said as long as I don't get in trouble in 6 months the charge would be dropped (there was no trial). I confirmed today it is listed as Nolle Prosequi
How do I answer the yes / no question on my application and do I have to list these?
Thanks!
