Neighbor Dog Dropping

Please advise the best way of handling a neighbor who does not lease their dog and allows their dog to do their business in our yard.

Well, I assume you already have tried the talking and reasoning approach. Then let him know the law: it is trespass to let his dog onto your land and he can be sued in civil court and he will be liable for damages.

You should record and, for evidence, may be video every time the dog is on your land and what the dog is doing.

May be there also are some municipal rules he is violating by letting his dog run around unleashed.
