Thank you for viewing my statements. but i have a question. What are my legal right? I have some kids that constantly come into my back yard and brake my fence. I seems easier for them to get to their house that way. What should i do? I realy do appreciate your help. thank you.

You have a case of trespass. If talking to their parents doesn't help you can sue them. They might also be liable for criminal trespass, so you can file a police report.
