My ex-husband and i went threw court and he gave me full custody. I tell im today that im moving 2hrs away and he says he will take be back to court for custody can he do that. he gets every other weekend right now.

Yes he can. Unless you can show this move is in child's best interest he can attempt to block it. If move is allowed be expected to pay for travel expenses for visits since you are one creating the distance

Full custody does not mean you can move with the child. Dad has the right to ask for custody if your moving will interfere with his visits. Unless you can get him to agree to the move and give him a very fair deal in regards to visitation and transportation, he does not have to allow the move.
